Items can only be returned if the customer recieves the wrong item and returns the incorrect item unopened and unused. In this instance, simply contact us at info@thelashbarofla.com for further assistance. Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
